PHEONIX, ARIZONA -- Gti was brought into dealership for repairs. While car was inspected a inspector noted that inner cv boot needed to be repaired. Service was payed for and I the customer was informed with paperwork that services were received in which payed for. 5 Monthes down the road car is getting and oil change and grease is leaking from the cracked inner CV boot.(CV boots get replaced every 70,000Miles)Also while the car was sitting in the lot I went to pick the car up and there was 2 feet of white scrapes on front bumper. No lot attendents or people in service told me about this and were just going to let me drive off the lot without seeing this. Then they claimed that my car hit a tool box. Then why didn't they fix it? Looked more like a wall from the deep scrapes that were so bad the car was sent to the body shop to be repainted twice.
