Colfax Best Western Complaint - TERRIBLE SERVICE - Colfax Washington Best Western motel

My complain is that when I booked my reservation which only last 94 minutes before I cancelled, I was not told there was a cancellation policy.
I'm being charged the full room fee, even though our trip is cancelled. I'LL NEVER STAY AT BEST

What does the cancellation policy state? It's what you agreed to when booking the room, so knowing the cancellation policy is kind of important. Also, why would you cancel the room just over 1 1/2 hours after booking it?

I bet the terms you agreed to stated that once it was booked it was non-cancellable. If it did, Best Western did nothing wrong. You didn't read the conditions!
