I puchased a desktop Dell computer less then a year ago. This past wk. I could receive e-mails but I couldn't send. I bought insurance. I was advised by my local provider Windstream the the prob. was not with anything windstream has anything to do with. I was advised to call microsoft, Microsoft advised me to call Dell. I spoke with a person there who informed me it was due to a piece of software. The Dell teck. then informed me it would cost me 129.00 just to check the prob. Money up front. How did he know it was a software prob. without even checking. I refused his offer. I started checking thru troubleshoot. Found out the prob. is with my windstream server. Dell also sell the prod. that they were saying would need to be replaced. Dells teck support is a rip off, also Dell made this computer the parts should last at least a yr. I will never buy another Dell prod. again, this is my 3rd Dell. I tried everway I could to contact a PR or anyone in the homeoffice, I could never make contact with the big guns at home office. What sham this co has come down to.
