AT&T Wireless Compliment - ATT Customer Service 800 #1
I have been with AT&T for a year and have been very happy with their 1800 # customer service reps. I have been through verizon, Sprint and t-mobile, all of which, I encountered very abusive and argumentive reps. When I encountered some issues with my service at the AT&T store, I called immediatley. I was taken care of by the representative for my problem and she refunded me not only the $150 overcharge for the phone I purchased, but she gave me another $200 credit to my bill for my trouble! I highly discourage people to deal with the store reps, I don't believe they are trained in the same way, because they are often rude, quick or only interested if they are going to gain some kind of commission. Calling and speaking to a rep, with a genuine concern requires patience, sometimes we have request a supervisor, however the reps are patient, compassionate and so understanding. They have given me so many credits and even replaced my epic which I was very unhappy with, for a new model without question!! IF for some reason, you get a representative that is not helpful, do not get angry just hang up and call again, because they will pass on notes that set in your account for others to see.
