medcohealth Complaint - poor service
Everyone should know that they are taking their health and the health of their loved ones at risk when using Medco Mail order medications. This company continually provided poor service, inadequate customer care, and inconsistent policies. It is clear that volumne, not accuracy or service is driving the program. The greatest risk is the changing of medications and the inadequate notification of patients. My husband could have had a stroke or heart attack if he had followed the mailed directions. Fortunately we knew better. Check EVERYTHING, allow extra time for drugs to arrive and NEVER believe them when they say they have contacted your doctor. They don't do it.
