DISH Network Complaint - Really Disgusted - Restoring service after high winds disrupted service
LITTLETON, COLORADO -- We are trying to restore service from Dish Network. Three days ago, I scheduled an appt w/ a technician that was at the time the teck could come. Not before. While on the phone for 45 minutes, the three different people I got transferred to couldn't help me. So I let the appt stand. Last night we got an automated call confirming the time for today. After waiting for through the four hour block of time that had been scheduled, the tech didn't show up. I called to find out why he was late & was told that my appt was rescheduled for three days from now, between 8AM-5PM. Refusing to accept their problem, I spent another 45+ minutes on the phone with a series of four more human beings programmed to say, "Unfortunely, there is nothing we can do." Number four, who is a member of the "Executive Resolution Team", was supposedly switching me to number five when I got disconnected. The invaluable phone number that Number Four gave me was answered by his voice mail assuring me that he would try to return my call in 48 to 72 hours. That company should be ashamed. This is the third time in five years we have needed tech help. Every time the experience is the same! And the sad part is, when they finally send someone to do the repairs, it's a surly & rude guy who can't do the job. Ugh!
