Continental Airlines Complaint - Make you pay for their agent's mistake
Despicable customer service. I booked my flight over the phone. I am certain that the Continental agent messed up my flight day on my return flight and send me conformation with the wrong day coming back from my trip. When I called back Continental to say that the agent made a mistake on the day of the return flight, they said they would change in for me for $150 change fee. I did not understand why I have to pay extra money for a mistake made by Continental agent and asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor was very rude, did not want to listen to me at all and said that there is nothing she can do for me and that if I wanted I could complain to the headquarter. Basically I was forced to pay an extra $150 on top of my already expensive ticket price because on Continental agent's booking mistake!!! NEVER, EVER FLYING WITH CONTINENTAL AGAIN!!!!!
