Where does whirlpools loyalty ly
microwave oven - Complaint
I purchased all Whirlpool appliances in 2006. Two 50 gal water heaters, Duet washer and dryer, Refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove, totaling nearly $8000.00. Since then (feb 06). I have had to fix the washer, twice, to the tune of$360.00. I had to bring the stove back, twice, because it was taking 22 minutes to boil a kettle of water, and I replaced it with a Fridgidare. One of the waterheaters leaked, of course it was the one upstairs. Now the microwave is displaying the F2 code which by looking at the internet seems to be a common problem. After spending 10 minutes on the phone talking to a computer and giving the computer my info a real person came on and asked me the same information all over again, the only info that the agent could give me was that I needed a service person. After asking to speak to the technical dept the agent informed me that Whirlpool haven't had a technical dept. for ten (10) years but he did promote the "factory authorized service Tech". For the love of F@@k why do you not have a tech. dept. even the shoddiest of companies have tech. depts. I will never by one of your sh@tty products again as long as I live. Your loyalty does not ly with your consumers. In todays economy it's b@st@rds like you that should go under, you are overpaid and still don't make a good product. Ther is no way that any of these products are goin to last 10-15 years, you have no quality, I hope thta you spent my money wisely because it's the last you will ever see from me and I will make it my mission from now on to inform any body that I have anything to do with NOT to buy your products.
