Sprint Compliment - Sprint Is In The Business Of Fraud And Discrimination
I could write a 3g report but I will sum it up- We all seem to have the same issues with this company. I have been a long time customer (15+years) and I should have left within the first month.
It seems that there are always billing issues and phone calls that need to be made to correct their mistakes. What happens to the larger corporations that just pay the bill ? I believe that is what Sprints intentions are. They create the error in hopes that you won't notice. And most do not. Its a billion dollar a year profit for them. The attorney general needs to do a compete audit of this company.
I have 5 lines-My cell is the main line I use for my business. 2-lines are for the teenagers and 2 more for elder parents.
My phone bill last month was $4300.00 !! For some reason Sprint removed the unlimited text msg from one of the teenagers lines. Problem fixed but only after several hours and persons to handle. This is funny, you will like what their answer was... "mam, you removed the unlimited texting from this line" I couldn't help but laugh then I simply explained to the person on the other end..."I have two teenage children, why the heck(didn't say heck) would I remove their texting?"
They credited the account $2800.00. Still owe a huge bill ! Oh guess what, you have overages on your account. Go figure.
I have hundreds of charges on Mobile to Mobile calls. How can that happen? "well mam, you are roaming." me-"roaming?" "Sprint doesn't have roaming?" Sprint-"you bounced off a Verizon tower and we don't cover that"
me-"how am I to know if I bounce off a different carriers tower from my own home?"
sprint- " you need to set your phone to Sprint only"
me-"then I won't be able to use my phone when I need to"
Sprint-"sorry mam, that's what you need to do"
OK lets go back to the overages for a minute- at least 4 times in the past few months I was offered a plan to cover overages. I spent countless time on the phone with several different departments to only waste my time. I was offered and denied a plan to cover my overages several times. DISCRIMINATION !
Sprint knew that I would be going over my minutes and they denied me a plan to cover it.
I have spoken to [snip] in the escalation dept. Several persons in India named "BOB" and countless persons throughout the company. Where did it get me- I owe $1700.00 in overages plus $870.00 early termination if I decide to leave. Long hours spent talking and repeating my story every time I call, and the attitude is "SORRY MAM, there is nothing we can do for you at this time"-TOUGH
Sprint is raping people and business! There is no customer service and unfortunately there is no law requiring them to have customer service.
Is there a law to protect the consumer from Sprint? Isn't anyone suing them for stress?!!
We are entering 2010 and our technology is amazing. There should be no reason for a large company to make errors the way they do. But Errors is a billion dollar industry for them and no one is putting a stop to it !!
Well, there is my 3 cents- I urge everyone who has an issue with Sprint to call their local government and file a formal report. We can't let them get away with this. This is still America and we still have a voice ! So I urge you to use it! I also urge lawyers out there to start taking some action!
