Phoenix Complaint - Lost and Found
On 10/24/09 I returned my rental and immediately called called them as I had left my folder in the car. I left a message on the answering machine as to the exact location of the folder. On Monday morning I called at 8 am to be answered by a woman (Pat) that advised that she did not start work until 8. So I called back 2 hours later and she took my information and promised to call me right back. Two hours later I called her back to be told the car was already out but she would call me as soon as it was returned. 4 days later ai call again to be told the same thing. Rude each and every time I called. Then I attempted customer service. Pat had never made a note as she promised and now I am told that it will be 14 to 21 days before anyone responds. Why do they have a customer service number. It would be sweeter it they told you to go to hell on the front end My last Thrify purchace. Not to mention the 106 gasoline charge.
