Federal Express Corporation Complaint - Second day International service - Screw up!
My mom sent me package from Pakistan for Son's Birthday on 10/26/09. Fedex from Pakistan told my mom that she should send the package second shipment, since the birthday was on 11/4/09.
By doing the second day shipment, we should have received our package on 10/29/09. However, Fedex screwed up and today is 11/4/09 and I still don't have my package.
When I called Fedex looking for my package, they told me the delivery address was incorrect so they sent back the package to the shipper. After reviewing the address, it was correct address. Then they change the story and told me that my package is stuck in the custom for the clearance and there is no time waranty since it goes under goverment.
Fedex are total rip off, they charged me RS 3500 for second day delivery and I still don't have my package for more than a week.
