Logosharx Complaint - Logosharx poor customer service

SPARTA, WISCONSIN -- This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you are thinking of using them for anything, I would reconsider. When I informed them that I would be posting messages about there poor customer service, they thanked me for the publicity!
Logosharx= Customer no service.

I can tell you why Brian Staples is unhappy. He has demanded expensive additional services which Logosharx could not provide until he paid for them. He does not want a refund, he wants free services. In retaliation for Logosharx' non-compliance to his demands, he is now posting unjustified complaints all over the internet in an attempt to force us into providing him with the free services. It's pretty sad when a vicious individual abuses a site like my3cents.com as a tool for extortion...

I would have to agree on the very poor customer service from Logosharx. I'm not attempting to have work done for free -I Just want my logo package- in fact I paid the full amount for a basic identity package upfront (stupid me, I know) beginning of February. After chasing and chasing them, I finally got my 8 initial designs. I chose one design, with one revision only (two really minor changes, add an S to the the name and clean up the colour in part of the graphic as it looked a little dodgy) after chasing and chasing and chasing again. I got my revised logo back - fantastic.... I did the final approval stage and waited for word. Nothing, I'm waiting on letterhead, envelope and business card design PLUS, my actual logo so I can use it... so once again... I find myself on the chase.
It's now September- so much for the boasted 'The average logo design project takes 2 to 4 weeks to complete in it's entirety' on their website! Do not go with these guys... and if you must- if their prices and designs (which I have to give them credit for are good) are too good to refuse - whatever you do... DO NOT PAY UPFRONT! and of course, have ALOT of time on your hands and don't expect more of a response than....'We are currently working on your initial concepts- you should have them to review very soon!'
