AT&T Wireless Complaint - AT&T lied to me
I had a single line and I was told if I add more lines and change to family plan, they will not charge me activation fee and they will keep the 28% discount that I receive with the single line. When the bill came, I found a total of $62 activation fee and no 28% discount. I spent hours on the phone with coustomer service represintives and their managers, and no progress.
They don't mind if I cancel my $ 250/month account for $ 62.00 activation fee.
