Lustine Toyota, Woodbridge, VA Complaint - Lustine Toyota, Buyer beware DANGER !!!!
WOODBRIDGE, VIRGINIA -- My wife and I purchased a 2008 Toyota Avalon from Lustine. It was the worst car buying experience of my life. I strongly recommend anyone who visits this dealership to proceed with the greatest amount of caution. We purchased a car at what we understood to be an agreed upon price which included certain discounts. We purchased the car late in the evening under extremely high sales pressure. Two days later when I reviewed the contract in detail I realized that the discount incentives we had discussed were not in the final version of the contract I signed. I went back to the dealership and asked the sales person and the manager and I to meet with the General Manager. I was told in no uncertain terms "too bad" you signed the contract so do not come back here crying to us. Yes, they made a fool out of me, but it was my mistake. In speaking to many other people in the Woodbridge area I could not find one person who had a positive experience with Lustine so you should be very very very careful if you visit this dealership. I suggest you do not buy on impulse and do not sign anything without having a lawyer look at it.
I have removed their name from our car and to date I have recommended anyone who asks me about buying a car to visit Karen Radley in you want an Acura, or visit Toyota dealerships in Stafford, Manassas or Springfield and compare. Good luck!
