AT&T Complaint - Horrible Horrible! - AT&T Company
AT&T is not only more expensive than other carriers, their customer service is horrible. I spent over an hour on the phone after getting nowhere with their online chat customer service. I was just trying to add a line to my account. I had to call in because the web-site does not work correctly and constantly makes a clicking sound when you are on it. After that hour, THEIR computers froze and he asked me to call back! I still don't have a new line. The paper bills are confusing to read, and there are ALWAYS additional charges.
I will never go with AT&T again!
