Orbitz Complaint - Reservations - Cancellation Policy
I am extremely frustrated with Orbitz. I made hotel reservations through them. About 10 days prior to my trip I decided to stay at another hotel. Cancelled my reservation through Orbitz and received a cancellation number. Then I another reservation for the hotel where I did want to stay. After the trip, I realized my credit card was being charged for the first hotel that I cancelled. I called Orbitz (which is really hard to get through to the right department) and complained that they didn't cancel my reservation. They said it was their policy and those were the terms and conditions.
I spent an hour and 7 minutes on the phone with them and I am out $172. Very BAD service indeed. Even talked to a manager.
