Boost Mobile Store (S. OBT in Orlando) Complaint - Overpriced and unfair!

Review by Action Jack on 2009-11-08
ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- I went to get a Boost Mobile phone from this store, not knowing that places like Radio Shack sells them for way less, and bought an i335 for 80 bucks! At Radio Shack it's only 59.99! Now that part is sort of my fault because I didn't shop around first, but the bad part has yet to come. When I went back (less than a month later) to return the phone, they conveniently put up a sign that says "No Returns, No Refunds". I ask you good people, what store has this type of policy? Especially a big company like Boost Mobile?

When I bought the phone the lady even told me that I can return it for a full refund if I have my receipt. Don't buy any phones from this store (or any of the stores for that matter) because they lie and raise their prices really high.

I doubt that any company would take back a cell phone for a full refund after a month. If they gave you back a full refund and then sold the phone as "used" they'd be losing money on the deal. No company would allow this.

"full refund with a receipt"

that doesn't usually mean "forever"
