Airtel in Complaint - Airtel does not care

Dear all users of Airtel, customer care

I applied for a disconnection for my no
040 40068336

Reg no is 351839

They keep calling and waste the time for nothing,
I kept reminding for taking away their instrument

But to my horrible experience, bill has come again.

Does the big subs number of Airtel mean that they need not worry about the customer?

Are we dumped for what fault?

Send them a certified letter advising them of your wish to discontinue their service.
