Champion Air Complaint - Cheers and Jeers

ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- My charter trip from Detroit, MI to Orlando, FL on 7/14 was outstanding. I wish to thank the pilot and co-pilot especially for letting my kids see the cockpit of the plane--it was their first trip on a plane. They are 3 and 5.
However, my return trip on 7/21 was uninspiring. Our 9 P.M. flight had a 3 hour delay. When finally boarded, there was no coffee and there were no pillows or blankets for anyone. There were a lot of children on this plane.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I would like a letter of apology from the refurbishing crew who neglected to stock coffee and pillows. I would like a set of "wings" for each of my two girls--the plane was out of them. I think some sort of financial recompense is in order--I leave the amount to your discretion.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
