Cozy Pineapple Complaint - Charged but no product / no response -- Company unreachable
Ordered product 1st week of September -- charged but never received over $250 worth. Their phone instantly goes to an electronic message that says "full"; we have tried calling over 15 times and various times, on various days. I've sent approximately 10 emails and they have not replied.
AFTER I purchased and did not receive product, but was charge -- I looked up other reviews and there are many saying this happened to them. I wanted to add mine so it might help someone else avoid losing money to them.
