Srint/Nextel Complaint - All around!!!!!!!! - All of the above!

I have had service with Sprint for almost a full year now. I was told that I had the unlimited everything data plan which was only suppose to run around 72 dollars with the insurance for my phone. I was also told that my Sprint phone would work where I live. I get the phone in the mail and I notice that the phone has no bars, and to call my own phone number from my home phone it was long distance. I called them hundreds of time informing them of the problem. they said I need to switch to Nextel but I would have to pay out of pocket for the phone. So I just cont to use the phone I had and drive acrossed town if I need to call someone. Until today when I got my bill and I lost 386 dollars for a one month bill! I called them and they told me that it was I was being charged for roaming fees. What in the world!!!! I asked the lasy how I was being charged roaming when the person who sent me the phone should have check out my coverage area, and told me that Nextel is all that would work here, Not only that but the fact that they gave me a long distance number for my area. So anyways they couldn't help me out of course so I canceled my account. STAY AWAY FOR SPRINT!!!!!!!!!

Go to Verizon. I have to be charged roaming fees and I've had that cell for 2 years and been all over the U.S.

And what I meant to say in my comment was "I have YET to be charged roaming fees." Forgot the "yet" part. :-)
