My complain is about my printer which I have purchased on 8th Sep 2009 is not working. I had made complaint to service center on 27/10/09 & complain No. is 542313. Till date they are unable to provide me service relating to printer. Their engineer visited this site three times but not completed the aasigned job. They came with their ego, work for while and tell that the printer would be repiared in service center. the last engineer can not pick up the printer and tell us that the company pick up boys will take the printer. After 4 days no pickup boys came to take the printer. This shows that the service centera are not serious on complaint locked about their product.
