Lowe's Complaint - Poor customer communications
Just wanted to let people to know that the people who work in customer service on the phone don't get back to you right away when you have a problem with a damaged product. They say they'll call back within 24 hours. I had a fireplace arrive damaged. They called back 4 days later to let me know what they were going to do about it. I had to repackage it, put it out for UPS to pick up and wait for them to receive it bavk at the warehouse before they would credit my account.
