An H-P computer which I had purchased for my daughter almost two years ago, developed a bad electrical cord. I called the Concierge Service at Costco and gave them the information, seriel number, model and etc. They got all the information and while I was still on the line, they contacted H-P and explained the problem to the H-P representative, who told me they would send me out a new electrical cord with the proper electrical adapter. The Costco person asked them when I could expect the part and they said within five days, so the Costco Concierge person told them all right I will call and check that the proper part was delivered by the date stated. I received the part in three days, and as stated, Costco contacted me to make sure that all was taken care of and that I was satisfied.
That is great customer service, which one can hardly find these days. That is why I buy all my big ticket items from Costco.
