The email notifying delay said: "when you read this email the problem maybe is resolved or maybe not...".
Bottom line item not in stock was sold, I needed it very urgently and lost full 48 hours till I could go and buy another one in the store paying more money. It was also very difficult to cancel the order, wich took me long time.
No comunication with the company.
AVOID BUYING FROM THEM.
