Toys R Us Complaint - ToysRus negligence on Void transaction Refund
LYNNWOOD, WASHINGTON -- I have purchase a toy on 24th Oct 2009 from Lynwood-Alderwood mall ToysRus center and at the pay in counter cashier have swapped my card twice.
Amount $ 43.79 has been deducted twice from my bank account, and immediately when I asked about it, They had cancelled that transaction and given me a Void transaction receipt by assuring that I will get my money back in my account within 48 hours. From that day it’s only me who is calling/emailing ToysRus to get my money back but No one from TpysRus came back to me on my number regarding this fault correction and till now I haven’t received my money back even after 17days. No idea when ToysRus will complete their 48 hrs.
Each time when I call them they are asking for just wait for 2 days and it will be done, but after 17days also I am not getting any outcome.
I am simply frustrated with This Pathetic customer service from ToysRus and now thinking that I have made a big mistake of purchased something from ToysRus.
