Amazon.com Complaint - Amazon Nightmare - buy and sell books
In October I ordered three books all at one time. I received three notices that my bank had denied the charge. I knew that couldn't be and when I checked with my bank, they had not received any recent requests. Keep in mind please that I have been buying and selling books with Amazon for about two years now with no problems. I wrote back to Amazon and told them what the bank said. I also went to my Amazon account to make sure everything was right there. My bank account was right, but the credit card backup had numbers that I have never seen before. I corrected that and wrote to Amazon again explaining this. BUT, as I was explaining, I received three more notices that they were all denied and when I checked my account, one had been put through properly and it went right through. I wrote to them and explained that they have always taken it right out of my bank and the money was there and what are they talking about anyhow, they have charged my bank with one of the books. At the same time, I received a notice that a book I sold on Amazon, don't ship it because their bank had denied their charge. I figured then that it was some kind of problem with Amazon so I told them to fix it, cancel my orders and goodbye. I did receive the 3 books and the bank was charged accordingly. I never even received a sorry...NOTHING from them so I guess they don't need my business and I withdrew all of my sales and am getting better prices elsewhere anyhow.
