Juniper Bank Complaint - Bad Customer Service
This company is lacking customer service. I called to see what I could do about a late payment fee and was shot down right away. I have been an on-time paying customer for months and months and one time I am late by 2 days and was charge $39 on an account balance of $30!!! This seemed unreasonable and all I asked was for a little reimbursement. They strictly said no and that no one else could help me. Very frustrating and impersonal. I will be closing this account today and never coming back. There are plenty of credit cards to use and Juniper is not one of them.
