DirecTV Inc Complaint - DirecTV Inc - SERVICE SHUT OFF AND BILL NOT EVEN 30 DAYS LATE
I am looking for a new way to get television service. I am getting rid of DirecTV as soon as possible.
I have been a DirecTV customer for a number of years and have always paid my bill in a timely manner.
Due to family illness I am not able to pay the current bill until November 23, 2009. DirecTV shut off the service even though the bill is not even 30 days late and refused to show "grace" to a long time customer dealing with illness.
I intend to get rid of these monsters as soon as possible and I am filing a complaint with my state's attorney general consumer protection division over this...
