Sears Complaint - installation team attitude
The install team came with a upset attitude today. I have purchased many appliances from SEARS though today's installers will deter me from ever buying again from SEARS. While one installer was trying to rip the dryer plug out of the wall by continuing to yank on the dryer after I said I would get the plug, the other was wandering around my house looking at everything. Not sure why. We have a outside door to our laundry room. When asked he said nothing. Then the other guy was upset that there was some items under our sink for the shut off valves. I said I would move the stuff. He ignored me and just started moving stuff. He seemed unhappy that they were not going to get the old washer and dryer as I decided to keep them as backups. They called 5 minutes before arriving and were suppose to give us a hour notice. I finally said I am not sure why your upset but you both can leave as I don't need the attitude. They stopped and left. Left the dryer out and the washer out. They also left a part off of the new washer in my driveway. I don't honestly want it anymore as I am not sure of its condition.
