Metro Pc Complaint - Phone was cut of after payment

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA -- My phone was cut off after I made my payment. I made my payment on 10-29-09 and my phone was cut off on 11-10-09. I have a month to month plan. My phone was cut off for a month or two before I was able to have it turn back on. I called customer service to fine out why my phone was cut off after two weeks, the person would not give me any information because I did not know the code, I told the person that I had never had a code and I was never ask about a code before, could I used my ss#? The person said no, that I had to go in to the nearest Metro store. When I went to the store, I was told that I should have asked fo a new due date. Now I will haveto pay again. That not fair. This is a rip of.

Because the payment was only good until the tenth of the month. So I had to make a new payment on the tenth to keep the phone on because I did not ask for a new due date.
