Southwest Airlines Complaint - Refund
On Oct 31 2009 I reserved a flight for a friend. It turned out that the friend would not be able to travel. Nov 10, 2009, I called to cancel the flight and get a refund. I was told that I couldn't get a refund because of how the flight was booked. It was booked as a no refund flight. The problem is that no one shared that information at the time of booking. I don't fly and will be stuck with a ticket that will expire Oct 31, 2010. Beware of this Airline!
