Europcar Complaint - Bad Encounter with Europcar
BIRMINGHAM -- 1. Despite we have three persons at the counter while checking in the car, my colleage was asked to sign next to the defects column on the hire car sheet, which indicated that the defects were there (this was indicated to us at the car park) and known to their staff, none of us heard of any mention about these defects while at the counter to book for the car. This is the main reason why we waited for an hour after finding the defects on the nearside front. Have their staff been doing their job in accordance with the procedures, we would have had either rejected or accepted on the spot without wasting an hour or so to clarify the same.
