ladies fancy dress department - Compliment
MANASSAS, VIRGINIA -- I recently visited Macy's at Mannasas Mall and fell in love with a gorgeous teal dress in the special occasion dress department. I left it on hold overnight because I was not sure I could justify the expense since I have three children in college, but when I returned the next day a lovely young lady named Felicia help me decide if the fit was as great as I had imagined. Felicia gave me outstanding service, while encouraging me to purchase the dress, which I happily did. She took an interest in my needs and was sevice orientated, as opposed to sales orientated and I appreciated that.
