Metro Builders Supply Complaint - customer service

TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- I would like to bring to your attention the horrible customer service that I received from one of your salesmen. There was a huge misunderstanding regarding a double oven. The double oven that I thought I purchased turned out not to be what I thought. I had ordered a gas double oven, only to find out that an electric double oven had been delivered to my house. When I called to find out what happened I spoke to guy by the name of Paul, who claimed to be the manager. I advised him of the mistake and he then informed me that gas double ovens do not exist..when i asked why i was lead to beleive that i had purchased a gas double oven he denied that anyone had told me that. So in short he was calling me a liar. No one informed me at the time of purchase that no one makes a gas double oven..and I know that I specifically asked for a gas double oven. I called my original salesperson, Cliff Hyatt...he was also very short with me and argued with me over what I had asked for. He also denied that he lead me to believe that i had ordered a gas double oven. I was very disappointed in the way this was handled. I felt very insulted by the way I was talked to. Cliff pretty much told me that this was my problem not his, and all he could do was to come pick up the oven and refund my money. No one offered an apology or even admitted their mistake. I think that your salespersons need some additional training on customer service. I can assure you that you will not be getting any repeat business from me.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I would like for someone to admit that this was your companys mistake, not mine. I know what I came in and asked for...which is not what got delivered. I am very disappointed that the blame keeps getting put back on me.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
