Time Warner Cable Complaint - Problems with the bill
My husband and I have been with Time Warner for a long time now... if you don't pay attention with your bill, the 99dollar tiple play became 110, then $135 on our bill at one time. you try to call them and they say "maybe it was a computer glitch". this has happened 3 times already and if you don't complain, especially I have pay xpress, you never notice they are taking more money out of your account than they should... shame on them for trying to pass the blame and taking their sweet time to correct. I wonder how many people never look at their bill and are overcharged. we're seriously thinking of switching to a different phone/TV/and internet provider.
