Wal-Mart Complaint - unfair employee treatment
NEWNAN, GEORGIA -- a coworker was fired for accidentally taking 5 minutes beyond his break time- first offense. Was never written up once during his 5 years with the company or given a Decision day, as Wal-Mart claims you will receive before possible termination. Now he can't draw unemployment because it looks like his fault that he lost his job.He is really looking for a job but he's 52 and has asthsma, thus making it more difficult for him to actually find another job. Not only has he been punished by losing his job, but now he's risking losing his new car( that he desperately needed)as well. I think this was very unfair of Wal-Mart and just wanted others to know! Has anyone else had this problem?
