T-Mobile Complaint - T-mobile is horrible
I can't wait for my t-mobile contract to expire. I have been complaining about the same problem for more than a year with no solution. Since July of '08 I get a text (after sending one) that my email reply message to 500 could not be delivered. My outbox, however, says the message was sent and delivered. T-mobile has done everything from accuse me of angering someone to the point that they are tampering with my account to just ignoring me. I am currently on hold (32 minutes) because someone was, again, supposed to call me back on Friday. I have been told, over and over again, that someone would call me back in 30 minutes, someone would call me back in 48 hours, a manager would call me back, someone would call me back by Friday. Has anyone ever called me back? No. Then, I tried to upgrade my phone over the summer, thinking that that would make my problem go away. I went into the corporate store here in town. I told the representative that I mostly text, and need to be able to send texts to email addresses, like my current phone lets me. He sold me a $200 phone that, before I got home, I discovered did NOT have that feature. Then, no one at the store knew how to credit my account back properly to show that I was eligible for a full upgrade, so they gave me a $20 motorola, that was horrible. It took me months of complaining to get the company to just send me back my old phone. Then they charged me full price for it, after I had paid for the returned one. They then shut my phone off because of the charges that they couldn't explain, that shouldn't have been there in the first place. I had a $0 balance with $0 past due and no service. I just want my phone to work. I should be compensated for the hours I have spent on hold. And I would like to speak to someone whose native language is English. Not to be nasty, but I don't do well with accents of any kind. T-mobile tells you what you want to get you off the phone and then does nothing.
