CenturyLink Complaint - MY LAST TWO YEARS OF DSL HELL

HAMILTON, ALABAMA -- The internet employees who work in the area are nice and cordial. The person on the phone is nice and polite but half the time they do not log the call. My problems started 2 years ago. The company said they would fix our dropouts but they never have taken care of the problem. Actually the dropouts are worse. We depend upon the internet to keep our company services going for our clients.

Have you had a lot of bad weather? Accidents with people hitting the poles? Had your cables changed out? Had your computers upgraded with the correct RAM? Ran a virus/spyware checker?

There are many reasons for loss of connection. It is raining here and mine has been off and on for the past few hours. It happens.
