Southwest Airlines Complaint - WORST AIRLINE EVER! - Customer Service/Airline Policy
Parents, please DO NOT book your children/college students on Southwest. They may very well get left behind one or two days because of their over booking policies. It also feels like your getting on an inner city bus staffed with metro attendants. No seat assignments, no boarding order. Groups always get split up because they over book the flights by so many and someone has to miss the flight. Also, if you get bumped and you don’t want to miss the rest of your trip, you will have to settle for 1 to 2 stops even when your original flight was a non-stop. It ends up costing more by the time you pay for the missed hotel night, dinner reservations and shows. I have gotten stuck in airports, slept through snow storms and cancelled flights, and even missed entire trips, but at least other airlines know how to deal with these situations professionally. Never again!
