Blank Jeans Complaint - Do not waste money on Blank Jeans
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I purchased two pairs of Blank Jeans at the end of 2007, when the company was just getting their merchandise out. Immediately, I had to have the seam of one of the jeans repaired at my own cost. Then the second pair of jeans had the button closure come completely out and made the jeans unusable. I contacted Blank Jeans and they offered to fix the button closure citing that they had many problems with this button, so I sent my jeans off to their New York office. The jeans were returned and within two wearings, the button closure had actually torn the denim to the point that it couldn't be fixed. I attemped to contact Blank Jeans by email, by mail and by phone. Absolutely no response. I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and no respone. I would much rather have spent the money I did on a pair of True Religion jeans or basically any other brand. I have never had two pairs of jeans that needed so much work to even be wearable. I got a total of 6 months, about 20 wearings out of these jeans and now have to trash them. Do not purchase Blank Jeans, instead use that money to purchase jeans from a quality company, in terms of its materials and its customer service.
