Pep Boys Complaint - Never going back...
I had to take my Acura in for work at Pep Boys in Long Beach because I needed a quick and easy fix. In the past I have taken my Acura to the dealership, but lately have not been able to afford their work. I have visited my local Pep Boys on a few occasions. Every time I visit this location, I have to wait 15-20 minutes to be helped, and when I am helped the service is beyond sub-par.
This trip was particularly frustrating due to the terrible and unfriendly customer service (not even a “Hello” when I was greeted), the employee helping me did not call me to tell me the part he ordered had not arrived, I was not notified when my vehicle was actually ready, I was not told what was done or what was found, and I did not receive a “Thank you for your $300, have a nice night.”
I will take my car anywhere BUT Pep Boys from here out.
