Verizon Complaint - Lost Phone, Horrible Customer Service
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I returned a phone to Verizon, either fed ex or Verizon lost the phone. They charged my account 434.59 for the phone. Verizon's customer service is rude and unprofessional. They are refusing to work with me while I submit a claim to fed ex. They even spoke with fed ex regarding my claim and are still refusing to work with me. Now they are threatening to shut off my service. When I asked for an extension they gave me 2 days??????? Oh and the declared value that Verizon stated on the fed ex receipt for my shipment is $100.00 and they are charging me 434.59??????? I am almost 100% sure that my phone was stolen out of the fed ex drop box.
I will be filing a police report on fed ex and also Verizon wireless. All I am asking for is an extension for the payment on my bill. I can not pay 434.59 so waiting for fed ex is crucial.
