Once you sign up, you agree to receive one item per month and if you like it, you pay for it and if you don't, you send it back, never to be charged. Well, I only kept the first piece and decided to cancel the membership upon receipt of my second piece. I sent that piece back and was given credit but, after I had cancelled my membership, they continued to send me jewelery and continued to charge my checking account. ONCE they credited a piece of jewelery after my membership was cancelled but, they claim they never received the second piece that I sent back. I sent back, unopened and marked return to sender. After many emails back and forth, they refuse to credit my account. I am a very fair and honest person and I think it is very bad business of them as I could have easily denied ever receiving the merchandise in the first place.
