Ecost Complaint - Avoid Ecost, Very Poor Customer Service

Avoid Ecost, do not pay for their membership just so you can try and Win an outrageous deal on tues and thurs. If you do happen to get lucky to get one of these items (generally 50% to 80% off or so they say) they will hold your item for processing forever until that specific item gets sold out at the normal price, they've done that to me after I got lucky and won an outrageous deal, paid for and everything, however they will refund your money which takes a while too!! Ecost sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their shipping charges are outrageous too!! Plus some of the refurb items come defective and its takes a miracle for you to get a refund for it.
I will never and I will spread the word to everyone else to not do business with this company, do not do business with Ecost!
