Jewelry Television Complaint - Jewelry Television Is Up To No Good

Review by Pearlless on 2009-11-19
KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE -- I have watched and shopped at jTV.com for over 6.5 yrs. The last 2 yrs. have gotten so bad. They send out broken items, watches with dead batteries, I have bought at least 20 watches from this site and they all came with the plastic tabs gone! Are they used? Should they not tell us this information? In Oct. 2009, I bought a diamond simulated ring set, not a lot of money, the host said this is solid ss/with 18K overlay, well made, etc. Well only after a few weeks and only a few wearings the fake diamonds fell out and the ring just bent! What kind of solid ss ring just bends so easily?

I would suggest you do not shop this site. The quality of their items have gone way downhill. Also the customer service reps. are rude and nasty. If you order beware! it is hit and miss, mostly miss.

If you are buying watches off a television show, they, just as in a jewelry store, allow the watches to actually run so you can see that they work. The batteries die and you are buying a watch not a battery. They are roughly $5. Replace the battery. The little plastic tabs over the knob? You want one? Why? It goes in the trash.
