Sprint PCS Complaint - Stay FAR AWAY from Sprint
I was a Sprint Customer for years. Went with a HTC touch screen-it took me 6 months and countless hours of dealing with their poor customer service to get it working. When I lost the phone, they charged me an extra $100 for a new one even though I had insurance, lied to me, threated me when I did not get the same service with the new phone as the last and refused to send me a new phone when the one they sent me quit working. They also refused to give the phone number to their corp. offices, stating they didn't have phones there. Sprint fails to stand by their own contact and treat its customers with any respect at all.
