Global Tel Complaint - You Have Got To Be Joking Right
Global Tel-link is the worst service that I have came across since my Boo has been incarcerated. First of all, when you first call to set-up your account everything seem fine. Okay, when my phone is turned on I am told that I can get 6 calls for $50.00. So quite naturally we use all our calls up in 1 week. Now Global Tel blocks my phone and when I call to find out why.....I was told that I need to add more money to my account. Quite naturally that is what I did. And who would've guess the phone never came on. So, I called again and was told the same thing...add more money to your account and the block will be removed. Well that never happened. So now I am pissed and I asked to speak to a supervisor...how bout they wouldn't put one on the phone. to be honest the person on the phone told me no...they had answered all my questions and they wasn't transferring me. I was so pissed off...to be honest I was ready to report them to the BBB. So when I called back about the 10th time...I get this nice person that connected me to a supervisor...who in return informed me that I've been misinformed all this time. She also added that I wasn't gonna be able to increase my number of calls until I used up my $125. credit that I accumulated. And I have to agree we need another company to provide the telephone service.
Now one thing that is good is the fact that the calls are cheaper. But Global-tel representatives suck!!!
