Best Buy Complaint - No Service - Laptop Purchase
LYNNWOOD, WASHINGTON -- My husband bought my daughter a laptop computer for a graduation gift. After a few days the computer continued to malfunction and was not working. We took it in and they offered to repair it. We let them. Today, 3 weeks later we received a call that the laptop was repaired and was ready to be picked-up. My daughter brought it home, tested it, and it still had the same problems. Keep in mind......purchased, within 1 weeks time it is not working, it is returned to store, they keep for 3 weeks to repair. Four weeks have passed and we still do not have a Laptop that works. My husband went in this evening to exchange for a laptop that works or get a refund. He was refused and was told their warranty was only for 14 days, it was our problem after the 14 day period.
Even though they have had the laptop for the past 21 days. Can you say Small Claims Court!!! I can't believe this major chain sell faulty merchandise and does not stand behind their product!!!!!
