Harlem Furniture Complaint - Stolen Property - Bed Delivery

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- BUYER'S BEWARE. We had a bed delivered by the Roomplace/Harlem Furniture here in Chicago. After the delivery men left, we were astonishingly missing a bag of property that was in our kitchen before they had arrived. We had a $300 bed delivered and $650 worth of property stolen. Their customer service manager said there is nothing they would do about it unless I had video footage of them stealing the property. Worst customer service in the industry.

Their cheap prices are offset by their horrible morality and customer service. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.

You need to report this to the police.

Maybe your homeowner's insurance can cover your loss.

Maybe you should contact someone other than the person you spoke within customer service.... I can assure you that Bob's is not the type of company who takes theft lightly.
